Contracting & Pricing


Although pricing is not exclusive too, and or definitive in your requirements the list below is our general average terms for an SME and should only be used as a guide. Please contact us ASAP to get an official quote for you budgeted needs.

 

CNB Solutions. (herein CNB) Prices and Chargeable Fees. From July 1st 2016 NR33/32 area

This document outlines the charges that CNB makes to its clients and provides a structure to the pricing we make when providing a service to them. These charges do not apply to customers who have negotiated prices for permanent contracts or service contracts.

Terms are strictly COD unless otherwise negotiated.

PC / Workstation Charges

  1. Callouts are free in office hours but you will be charged for the first hour and for any other hour or part hour thereafter. (Callouts are when you request attention in the next 24 hours).
  2. Booked appointments are charged at the rate per hour after subject to the minimum charge for the first hour on site
  3. CNB will endeavor to attend booked appointments unless circumstances beyond our control stop us in doing so, should CNB or you the customer need to cancel an appointment then please contact us by phone or email within 12 hours and we will endeavor to do the same good will and gesture work both ways.
  4. Telephone / Remote support is charged at £30.00 per hour and is charged in 30 min intervals or part there of in normal office hours, if you have requested a telephone support call by email or text and we ring you back then these charges also apply.
  5. Email support is free of charge and usually replied to in no longer than 8 hours during normal office hours.
  6. Out of office hours are charged at the same rate for booked appointments but callouts if available at the time of fault will carry a minimum charge for the first hour or part hour attended and are charged at the rate per hour thereafter.
  7. Offsite charges for pc repairs are per hour plus parts if needed and appointments to drop off pc’s can be done by text, telephone or email, collection can be arranged and is not charged for in local areas, please ask . Parts will not be replaced until I have confirmation from customer to proceed with replacement and CNB will quote the price as accurately as possible at the time of fault.
  8. Test and fault diagnostics of a machine are charged at the same rates as above and if the customer does not wish to proceed with the repair then charges per hour on or off site still apply, if the customer goes ahead with the repair then CNB will rollover time that is left from per hour charges.

 

Server / Networking Charges

Please note this charges are not exclusive or bind any contract, CNB will always endeavor to quote formally via an emailed estimation or informally by phone.
